Shipping your package

In which countries do we deliver?

We have chosen LA POSTE - COLISSIMO as our distributor and we currently deliver to Metropolitan France, French Overseas Departments, and Territories and a majority of European countries. The list of eligible destinations is available when you choose your delivery address.

Delays

The delivery times are given as an indication and depend on the hazards of operation of our distributor. Our distributor LA POSTE - COLISSIMO being sworn, the delivery statuses he gives have a legal value. We cannot be considered responsible for the theft or the loss of the parcels if they are indicated as "delivered".

Customs duties outside the EU

In some countries outside the European Union, orders are subject to customs duties. Taxes may be required for the delivery of your order.

Delivery charges

Shipping costs vary, depending on the total amount of your order and the country of delivery.

What to do in case of a delivery problem?

We are dependent on the hazards of the Post Office, the deadlines are given as an indication, the customer undertakes to understand it at the time of his purchase. 

We are not responsible for the theft or loss of packages if they are marked as "Delivered" by our partner. We work with LA POSTE - COLISSIMO. The Post Office is sworn and the status given has a legal value. 

Returns and exchanges

General conditions of return

METAOPTICS gives you the possibility to return your products for a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging, whenever possible.

The return must be made directly to our premises via the transport voucher that we will send you. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it (they) was (were) received, with all the elements provided and the packaging as far as possible.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or personalized. Thus, in the case of an Order for prescription lenses cut to the shape of the frame or non-corrective lenses cut to the shape of the frame, no exchange, refund or withdrawal can be made unless the glasses delivered are defective.

Processing time for returns

All returns received in our workshop are processed within a maximum of 8 working days.

Complaint / I received my order with a defect

Although we pay special attention to each pair of glasses and each shipment, manufacturing defects may have escaped our attention or the delivery may have damaged the order.

If you receive an order with defects, please contact customer service to have the defect noted and a prepaid return slip will be sent to you. No refunds will be given if the order is returned by any other means.

Late returns / out of frame

Any return made outside of this procedure or time period will not be accepted by our services. If you attempt to return the item, we will send it back to you and ask you to pay for the return shipping.
